when im in Mexico DF with my fiance, I don't think i've ever went faster than 50mph ever in those little Tsuru's lol. Out of the city though, I can maybe understand those statistics being true as the population grows. Still, Mexican drivers are a million times better than the automatic transmission supremacy, on the phone, texting, reading, makeup applying, sleeping, and eating drivers in my 'Merica
